Observe the "law of silence" according to the articles of the Russian Federation. Do not make noise from 22.00 to 8.00 on weekdays; and from 22.00 to 8.00 on weekends, the tenant bears full financial and administrative responsibility for non-compliance with this law. The refund is 5,000 rubles.

Urgently inform the Landlord about breakdowns, malfunctions of the house's functioning systems, emergency situations, regardless of their origin, as well as about all cases of illegal actions against the house and property by third parties.

At the end of the lease period, transfer the House and property to the Landlord in a clean condition (to hand over the dishes in a clean state). Refund of 1000 rubles. Compensate for damages, breakdowns and other damage caused to the House and property through their own fault. The cost of tableware is 500 rubles per unit.

The pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00. Bathing at night is prohibited, and the refund is 5,000 rubles.
